Due to the nature of the performance industry, no parts or engines can be given a written warranty. We work with this in a case by case way and will correct any incorrect workmanship performed by our shop. If you take a look at our reviews, we believe that our reputation speaks for itself and we treat customers fairly. 

ZSR is not liable for typographical errors and has the right to refuse listed pricing.

ZSR cannot be liable for any damage incurred from performance applications of its products

If you are ever unhappy with a product, let us know and we will do everything possible to help. 

Deposits on ALL engine orders are NON REFUNDABLE

All returns or cancelled orders on parts are subject to a 20% restocking fee IF we deem the return acceptable. 

All products sold on our website are for off-road use only.

Advertised "free shipping" is for the lower 48 states. 

ENGINE DEPOSITS: We do not require engines (shortblock, longblock, or complete) to be paid in full upfront. We typically do 75% upfront and that can be a single payment or we can spread it over a few payments. The remaining balance is due once the engine lands in the assembly room. It will be finished and shipped to you shortly thereafter.
